HOPS! Hazy IPAs are meant to be soft, juicy, and cloudy. American and Australian hops make this beer burst with tropical fruits, citrus, and juiciness. By adding the hops at the end of the brewing process, and during fermentation (called “dry-hopping”) the hop oils are retained in suspension, creating a oily and soft mouthfeel with minimal bitterness. Cloudy yeast that stays hazy rounds out the soft body while adding it’s own tropical fruit aromas and flavours.
